These are the same questions that come up on almost every intro call.

1) What is the minimum order quantity?
Start with just 30 frames, choosing up to 30 different SKUs (no minimum per style). For under $1,100, you can launch your own private-label line while keeping risk low and margins high.
2) What about warranties?
We warranty manufacturing defects. While it’s hard to track time limits on frame purchases, we stand behind our quality and will address patient needs. This does not cover patient abuse or misuse.
3) Are you listed in FRAMES DATA for managed care reimbursements?
Yes. We are listed in Frames Data. Frames are listed under Your Brand Eyewear with a 3-digit style number. This is a major differentiator in private label.
4) How many styles do you manufacture for private-branding?
Over 100 styles across two collections: Core (premium everyday best-sellers) and YBE Black (true luxury: Japanese acetate, riveted hinges, and luxury-grade packaging).
5) Where will the branding be placed on the frames?
Anywhere you want. We use your actual logo (proper font and icon), and brand temples and demo lenses to spec. Think of the frame as a blank canvas — we’ll guide placement based on what looks established and sells.
6) What pricing do you suggest?
Because cost is dramatically lower than typical wholesale at this quality level, you have options. We’ll align pricing with your goal: premium positioning, competing with online/big-box, or maximizing profit. (We’ll dial this in together based on your market and payor mix.)
7) What about reorders — is there a minimum?
Yes — reorders start at 25 frames. That covers setup and shipping for your branded frames.
8) Do you have any P.O.P. materials?
Yes. We can create P.O.P. files on request — frame photography, posters/counter cards, and social-ready images. We don’t print materials, but we provide high-resolution files in whatever format you need.
9) Do you have sales representatives to call on us?
No — and that’s part of how we keep pricing low. Orders are made through our catalog. After your samples, you’ll see consistent quality across styles. We can also connect you with clients who can vouch for sell-through and the model.
